Account Manager

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and determined person to join Spaceboost’s Operations Department as an Account Manager.


Your role will include managing our current portfolio of clients in different channels across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Amazon.

As a Account Manager at Spaceboost, you will


  • Activation and follow-up of new users at an international level.

  • Managing clients at all different levels.

  • Taking part in the management of Managed clients in collaboration with the selected Partners in each case.

  • Completing the training plan for higher level clients.

  • Carrying out client visits (national and international).

  • Visits to agencies to analyse and carry out new roads for upselling and participating in proposals to end users.

  • Taking part in product decisions and roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to implement and develop feedback for new products.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to carry out the transition of clients to the Operations Team.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure the activation of users.


Requirements

We're definitely looking for you, if you:


  • Excellent level of English - you will have to maintain conversations face-to-face and via digital with clients and members of the team (fluency in other major languages is a plus).

  • Passion for SEM, online marketing, the internet and new and emerging technologies.

  • Knowledge of all Google Ads products (especially Search and Shopping), Bing, Facebook, and Amazon.

  • Advanced knowledge of Spaceboost will be valued.

  • A minimum of six months’ experience working directly with clients.
